Initiate Your Request
Log into your TCL account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, remote controls, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
